Life’s problems wouldn’t be called “hurdles” if there wasn’t a way to get over them.
We all know what our kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are for, right?
Of course we do!
But how many of us really consider purpose on a daily basis when we are deciding what we bring into those rooms? It’s so easy to get caught up in the every-day of life and not even consider this concept.
How many times have you put something in your bedroom simply because you don’t have another place for it? Then you end up putting time and effort into working your way around the item just to take care of the tasks and purposes intended for that room.
This is the very thing that creates clutter in our homes and in our lives! Read more
Is getting rid of clothing a difficult decision for you? Here’s a great tip:
Designate a donation bin for your bedroom that you empty out and donate every month or two. As you dress you’ll inevitably come across items of clothing that don’t fit right or you simply don’t care for anymore. Drop these items into the bin as you find them.

Even when household appliances are turned off, most are still using some electricity. Beware of vampire energy in your home, sucking the money right out of your wallet and producing over 50 million tons of CO2 emissions in the U.S., equal to 11 million cars.
My friends over at Big Green Head have put together a cute interactive post to show potential energy vampires in your home and how to eliminate them. Check it out…[LG]A Valet with built-in power strip![/LG]
